(Forsell) Hultine, 96, of Lincoln, died Wednesday, sept 8, 1999, at Holmes Lake Manor in Lincoln. Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sutton with the revs. Elizabeth Hanley and Arthur H Schmitt officiating. Burial will be in the Saron Lutheran Cemetary near Saronville. Kohler Mortuary of Sutton in charge of arrangements. Mrs Hultine was born Dec 2, 1902, to John R. and Carolina A. (Samuelson) Forsell in Omaha. She attended Clay Center High Scool. In 1921 she graduated from the Lincoln Bissiness Scool of Commerce in a secreterial course. She was employed as a secretary at the Old Thrust Office in Clay Center. On March 14, 1923, she married Lloyd E. Hultine at her parents home in Clay Center. They farmed four miles northwest of Saronville where she taught piano and prgan from 1934-82. On April 1, 1986, her husband died. She continued to live on the farm until January 1991 when she moved to Sunnyside Home and later Good Samaritan Village Perkins Pavilion, both in Hastings. In 1995 she moved to Holmes Lake Manor. She was a member of the Saron Evangelical Lutheran Church in Saronville and then the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sutton. Survivors are one daughter, Jeannine Bauer of Lincoln; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by one son, Dale; two brothers; one sister; and one grandchild. Memorials may be given to the Zion Lutheran Church or to the donor's choice.
